We engrave all types of products from Stone engraving to Wood engravers Metals and Plastic engraving.

We specialise in the marking of manufactured components as well as promotional products.

Ray of Light can offer you the best of both worlds in laser engraving. We have both CO2 and YAG lasers so we can do a wide range of materials including plastics. We also provide metal engraving to wood and glass, engraving rock and cardboard. We also do anodized and aluminium engraving, paper and acrylic, and leather.

The CO2 machines with a table size of up to 812mm x 457mm are ideal for large pieces or many smaller pieces placed in a nest and engraved together. We have a choice of two lens which give dramatically different results when engraving metals, particularly stainless steel.

Wood, acrylic and cardboard can be engraved to a reasonable depth while engraving on metals is only on the surface.

The YAG laser has an engraving area of 110mm x 110mm square. This machine is used for machining logos etc into dies or even finely detailed work such as stamping dies. It can also change the colour of some plastics which is useful for such things as switchgear.

Both types of machine have rotary tables for engraving around or inside cylindrical objects and the YAG laser also has a six station carousel for high volume work.
